Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005), customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of their decision by means of a clear statement sent via email to
Returning Goods
Once the decision to withdraw from the contract has been communicated, the customer must return the goods within 14 days from the notification of withdrawal.

The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer, except in cases where the return is due to:
an error on our part
a defective or damaged product
The customer is responsible for the goods until they are delivered to our address. For this reason, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Goods must be returned within 14 days after the withdrawal notification.
Goods must be in good condition.
Goods should be returned in their original packaging when available.
All accessories and included materials must be returned
The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds
Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, we will issue the refund within 14 days. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. The refund may be withheld until we receive the returned goods or until proof of return shipment is provided. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Products
If the customer receives a damaged or defective product, they must contact us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:
a description of the issue
photos of the product and packaging (if possible)
After verification, we will provide one of the following solutions at our discretion:
product replacement
full refund
another mutually agreed solution
Shipping Damage
If the package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, the customer is encouraged to:
accept the package with reservation (where applicable)
document the damage with photographs
This will allow us to open a claim with the shipping carrier if necessary.
Collectible Items
For trading cards, collectible items, and similar products, the assessment of condition may be subjective and based on commonly accepted standards within the collectibles market.
Minor imperfections resulting from the manufacturing, printing, or packaging process are not considered defects but normal characteristics of the production process.
Cosmetic Variations
Slight variations in color, centering, cutting, printing, or packaging may occur and fall within the normal production tolerances established by the manufacturer.
Such variations do not constitute defects and do not entitle the customer to a refund or replacement unless the product shows clear and significant damage.
Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable European legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
custom-made or personalized goods
goods that deteriorate rapidly
sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened
goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us promptly via email. Once an order has been shipped, the standard return procedure described in this policy will apply.
Gifts
If a product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit for the value of the returned item will be issued once the product is received.
If the product was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
